Tout en marchant dans un centre commercial populaire de Salt Lake City, Ali Stephens a été approchée par un agent de Elite Model Management, file dans un avion pour Milan et peu de temps après marchait sur la piste pour Prada. Après ses début à Milan, Ali a fait l'ouverture su show Calvin Klein au printemps 2009 et a été photographiée pour la campagne CK Jeans avec le photographe mondialement connu Steven Meisel, assurant ainsi sa place dans l'histoire du mannequinat.
Avoir en sa possession une beauté accueillante et une présence rayonnante, Ali a pris l'industrie de la mode (par la tempête figurant dans les campagnes) by storm appearing in campaigns de Prada, CK Calvin Klein, Chloé, Gap, Uniqlo, Lacoste, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, George Rech, Karen Millen, Alexander McQueen et fait des photos pour des publications telles que Vogue (États-Unis, Italie, Paris, Japon, la Chine et du Royaume-Uni), V, Numero (France, Tokyo), W Corée, Allure, Français, Dazed & & Confused, Another & & POP. .
Outre le mannequinat, Ali se soucie grandement de l'environnement, mettant l'accent sur le fait de sensibiliser les consciences à propos de l'impact humain sur les océans du monde. Actuellement, elle travaille avec le groupe Oceana (sans but lucratif). Ali aime aussi passer du temps avec ses amis et sa famille, faire du sport et voyager. Ali est un partisan de la Fondation David Lynch et, comme elle le mentionne dans son entrevue avec DLF.TV, pratique la méditation transcendantale depuis 10 ans.

It is great. It speaks volumes about Maharashi, TM, and David Lynch and his foundation to spread TM and its benefits and work for the benefit of the humanity and world at large.

I fell completely and feel sad I probably never gonna see her! Life is full of mystery, maybe one day or lucky night I may be able to get a chance to seduce her. That would be awesome! David Lynch is doing important work here, and props to anyone backing that up.
